Owned and operated since 2006 by managing partners Tom Sciortino, David Wells, and consulting partner Gare Traeger. The three have drawn from their extensive restaurant experience in California, Minnesota, Hawaii, Seattle and here in Spokane to create a premier dining adventure that has quickly become an award-winning local favorite. We source the finest our region has to offer, from CasaCano Farms and Deerfield who grow artisanal produce to De Leon’s tortillas. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight on our menu. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables, fruits, and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine.”
